Report Policy-Violating Google Reviews — Through Official Channels

We exclusively use Google's official review reporting tools — no bots, no automated methods, manual professional review of every case.

How it works

  1. Submit a review for assessment. Paste the Google Maps review URL. We assess whether it may violate Google's published content policies.
  2. Policy compliance analysis. Our team reviews the content against Google's prohibited and restricted content guidelines.
  3. Report via official channels. If a violation is identified, we prepare and submit a formal report through Google's standard review reporting tools.
  4. Outcome. Google makes all final decisions on review content.

Frequently asked questions

Is this service compliant with Google's policies?

Yes. We exclusively use Google's official review reporting tools and standard legal channels. We do not use bots, automated systems, review manipulation, or any techniques that violate Google's Terms of Service. Our role is to identify potential policy violations and file reports on your behalf.

What types of reviews can be reported?

We report reviews that may violate Google's published content policies, including: spam and fake content, off-topic reviews, reviews with conflicts of interest (e.g., from competitors), harassment or hate speech, sexually explicit content, and impersonation. We assess each review against these policies before filing a report.

Do you guarantee that Google will remove a review?

No. We cannot and do not guarantee removal. Google independently evaluates all reports and makes the final decision on whether a review violates their policies. Our service is to professionally prepare and submit reports — the outcome is determined entirely by Google.

How does the 'No Result, No Charge' model work?

You are not charged anything upfront. A service fee is only collected if Google takes action on our report. If Google decides the review does not violate their policies and it remains published, you owe nothing.

How long does the process take?

Processing times vary. Cases involving image content are typically prepared and submitted within 1–3 business days. Text-only cases may take 1–15 business days, as they require more detailed policy research and documentation. Google's own review timeline is separate and varies.

Can you report any negative review?

No. We only report reviews that we believe genuinely violate Google's content policies. Negative reviews that reflect real customer experiences and comply with Google's guidelines are legitimate feedback and should not be reported. We are transparent about this during the assessment stage.

What information do I need to provide?

Simply paste the direct link to the Google Maps review you'd like us to assess. Our system will analyze the review content, determine the review type, and evaluate whether it may violate Google's content policies.

Do I need to give you access to my Google Business Profile?

No. We do not require access to your Google Business Profile or any account credentials. Our reports are filed through Google's publicly available review reporting tools.

What happens if a review reappears after Google took action?

In rare cases, Google may reinstate a review after further internal evaluation. If this happens within 30 days, we will re-submit the report at no additional cost. This applies only once per review.

Which Google reviews can be removed?

Google removes a review only when it breaks its content policies. We check every review against those policies before we take a case, and we tell you plainly when a review is a fair opinion that will stay.

Reviews we can report

  • Fake reviews from people who were never customers
  • Reviews from competitors, current or former employees
  • Review bombing: many reviews from new or linked accounts
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech or profanity
  • Personal information about you or your staff
  • Off-topic rants or reviews meant for another business
  • Spam, advertising or links to other sites
  • Impersonation of a person or business

Reviews that stay

  • An honest negative experience from a real customer
  • A disagreement about facts, such as price or wait time
  • A review that is simply old
  • Criticism that is harsh but stays on topic

How we work: formal, transparent, compliant

Every engagement follows the same professional standard, whether you send one review or one hundred.

  • Written service agreement: Each case is covered by a contract that lists every review, its fee and the no-result-no-charge terms. You sign it online before we start.
  • Company invoice after removal: We invoice only reviews Google has removed. Standard terms: payment within 24 hours of removal, by bank transfer or card, unless your agreement states otherwise.
  • Official channels only: Reports go through Google's own reporting tools. No bots, no fake accounts, no mass flagging.
  • Human review of every case: A specialist checks each review by hand and names the policy it breaks before anything is filed.
  • Confidentiality: We never name clients in marketing or case studies without written consent.
  • No account access: We work from public review links only. We never ask for your password or manager access.
  • Live order tracking: Your own tracking page shows the status of every review in your order.
  • Free re-submission: If a removed review reappears within 30 days, we re-submit it once at no cost.

Industries we work with

Policy-violating reviews look different in every sector. We know the patterns.

  • Beauty and wellness: Competitor reviews, harassment of named staff
  • Law and professional services: Reviews from opposing parties, personal information
  • Education and training: Coordinated reviews from accounts that were never students
  • Real estate: Reviews from people who never used the agency, spam
  • Home services and trades: Reviews for the wrong company, threats, extortion attempts
  • Automotive: Ex-employee reviews, duplicate reviews from linked accounts
  • Retail and e-commerce: Spam, advertising for other shops, off-topic complaints
