1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FairReview website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

FairReview provides assistance with Google review removal through official legal channels and standard submission procedures in compliance with Google's content policies. Our services include:

  • Analysis of Google Maps reviews for potential content policy violations.
  • Preparation and submission of removal requests through Google's official reporting tools.
  • Case management and status updates throughout the process.

3. Service Limitations

Important: We can only request removal of reviews that violate Google's content policies. We do not and cannot guarantee the removal of any review. Google makes the final determination on all review removals. Negative reviews that reflect genuine customer experiences and comply with Google's policies are not eligible for removal.

4. Payment Terms

Our service operates on a "No Win, No Pay" basis:

  • No upfront payment is required when submitting a review for analysis.
  • Payment is only due after a review has been successfully removed from Google Maps.
  • Payment is due within 24 hours of confirmed removal.
  • Pricing is determined at the time of submission based on the review type (text-only or image-based).
  • Bulk discounts are automatically applied for multiple review submissions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once work is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. By submitting an order and confirming the engagement, you acknowledge that our team will immediately begin working on your case. Due to the nature of the work involved, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Pricing

Fees are quoted individually during a free consultation, before any work begins. The agreed fee is payable only after Google (or the relevant platform) acts on our report — no result, no charge. We do not take payment online in advance.

7. Estimated Timelines

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees:

  • Image-based reviews: Typically 1–3 business days.
  • Text-only reviews: Typically 1–15 business days.

Actual timelines may vary depending on Google's review queue, case complexity, and the volume of submissions being processed.

8. Compliance & Legal Methods

FairReview operates strictly within legal boundaries and Google's Terms of Service. We:

  • Only use Google's official review reporting and legal removal request tools.
  • Do not employ bots, automated systems, or review manipulation techniques.
  • Do not engage in any black-hat methods or practices that violate Google's policies.
  • Conduct all work manually through a dedicated professional team.

9. Re-Submission Policy

In the rare event that a successfully removed review is reinstated by Google within 30 days of removal, we will re-submit the removal request at no additional cost. This applies only once per review.

10. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and valid Google Maps review URLs.
  • Only submit reviews for businesses you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Provide a valid email address for billing and communication.
  • Not misuse our service to remove legitimate customer reviews.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the FairReview website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

FairReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for Google's decisions regarding review removals.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
